Shipping policy
At RM CARBON LLC, all products are carefully handcrafted and inspected prior to shipment to ensure they meet our quality standards.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 6-8 weeks unless otherwise stated. As we are a custom workshop and most parts are made to order, production times may vary depending on workload and product type.
Shipping & Delivery
Once an order has been shipped, the customer will receive tracking information via email. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
RM CARBON LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Loss or Damage During Shipping
Once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier and the customer.
RM CARBON LLC is not liable for:
- Lost packages
- Stolen packages
- Shipping delays
- Damage occurring during transit
For this reason, we strongly recommend selecting a shipping option that includes insurance coverage at checkout. Shipping insurance protects the customer in the event of loss or damage during transit.
If an insured shipment is lost or damaged, the customer must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. RM CARBON LLC will reasonably assist by providing documentation if needed.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. RM CARBON LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
